Yes, we accept members from all countries.
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however permission must be asked and given beforesigning up.
How old do I have to be before I can join the program?
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
How can I log into my account?
Log in by clicking on the "LogIn" link at the top of any page.
How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel. Should you have problems with the form, you can contact us through the support desk and we will cancel your account manually.
How can I cancel receiving your emails?
Your membership in our program allows That Reward to send you email messages and advertisements. The only way to stop receiving email ads from That Reward is to cancel your account. You can do this by logging in to your account and go to "Personal information". At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and go to "Personal information". You will be able to edit any of your information except your Member ID.
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
You will NOT earn real cash and you will NOT be paid. All cash used in the program is play money (or monopoly money) and can only be used for advertising or other types of redemptions.
What are points used for?
You can use your points to redeem for advertising, raffle and other stuff.
When can I request payment?
Never! As stated before, you will NOT earn real cash and you will NOT be paid.
How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to That Reward on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.
What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.
What can I earn through referrals?
You will receive a small reward when they sign up plus you will earn from 1 level of referrals
Level 1 = 10%
Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day. You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every days and click on at least % of the ads we send out.
